Virginia Bar Association, and the Maryland State Bar Association.  She is
licensed to practice law in Maryland and Virginia.

Ms. Schroader is a former attorney-advisor for the United States Tax
Court, as well as a former adjunct professor for the University of
Maryland School of Law.
